You’ve got big plans for your real estate investment company. In order to see them come to fruition, you need to establish goals and develop a blueprint for achieving them. Maybe you have several ideas but you’re unsure about how to translate them into goals. Perhaps you’ve already established goals but need to find a way to make them actionable. The Setting and Achieving Your Real Estate Investing Goals One-Year Plan is designed to help you do the following:

Month 2: Building A Property Management & Asset Management Business

If you’re planning to start a property management business, you’ll need to develop a real estate management plan, which is an operating plan developed to maximize a property’s potential and support ownership objectives. The plan also demonstrates your ability to apply property management and asset management theory, principles, and techniques to an actual property. In the second phase of our coaching, we will work together to:
